Kelly Fay has been a wedding and event florist since 2016, and manages Fay Florals as a small, family oriented, LGBTQ owned buisness in Edgewater, MD. She attained her CFD from Anne Arundel Community college, and specializes in working in a partnership with her clients in regards to color, design, and budget.
