1) Initial Contact
To get started, reach out to us through the website so that we can confirm availability on your date and identify the basic event needs.
2) Consultation Meeting
Once we have confirmed initial details, we will meet to review any inspiration photos, budget, venue layout, and more!
3) Quote and Contract
After the consultation meeting, we will be able to generate an overall quote and contract. If you are happy with everything, we can move forward to payment. If not, changes can be made.
4) Pre- Event Check In
Two weeks prior to your event, we will check in to confirm all details and ensure no modifications are needed. This is also a great time for us to connect with your event planner or coordinator, if you have one.
